BEFORE PICTURE DAY
Access Code: You should’ve received a code from your team through your normal stream of communication or from Austin Carter Photos via email. If it’s missing, no problem—just contact us for assistance.
Text Opt-In: Text your access code to 90738— we'll notify you when photos are ready, plus you'll be able to take advantage of presale promotions if any are available.
Gear Check: Ensure your child brings their sports gear (think bats, gloves, or anything that they would take to a game!)
ON PICTURE DAY
Look Sharp: Have your child wear their uniform and gear. We love parent/family participation! Feel free to come ready to hop in a photo when we're finished with their individual.
Access Code: Didn’t get your code yet? No stress—ask the photographer or your team on the day.
No Pre-Order Required: Forget filling out forms ahead of time. Just show up, take great photos, and that's it. We'll send you a notification when they're ready to view and order.
AFTER PICTURE DAY
Stay Posted: You’ll get a text or email with a link to view when the photos are ready—keep an eye out!
View the Gallery: Visit your gallery, enter your access code, and explore the photos.
Order Your Favorites: Pick the shots you love and order packages or individual prints—whatever works for you.
